Why do I need an account?

A user account is needed for a user to get to myipswitch.com.  License and service information for the user are kept here, and the user has the ability to upgrade or renew services as needed.  Other functions such as registering a product or service and deactivating a license are also done on myipswitch.com.

A user account requires a valid email address and a password.  This ensures that a user sees only the information that pertains to them. The primary email address is also used by Ipswitch to communicate important product and service advisories to the user.  Click here to view our Privacy Policy.

As additional protection from misuse of a license, Ipswitch may require a user to provide their myipswitch.com credentials when activating a product.
